What is missing? What is the key piece to actually making lasting changes in your life? Here are my key pieces to the puzzle!
#1 – God – Do you believe? Do you know God loves you? Do you know He cares about every detail of your life? He wants us to seek Him and rest in Him “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28. This is no joke, He has done it in my life!! You have to believe, you have to ask Him to take ALL your burdens, and you have to trust Him and He will carry you!
#2 Friends – Ask God to surround you with support! Friends that can walk this road with you are priceless! A good friend will encourage you to be healthy and the best version of you, they will inspire you to seek God, and they will help the hard days be better! Becca has been with me since the beginning! This is Becca, me, and my always skinny sister (no hard feelings, love her to death). We were in high school here, and the struggle was real!
#3 Determination – without determination you will never succeed. If you say “maybe” or “a little of this won’t hurt” or “I’ll get to it later” all these wishy washy emotions will cause you to fall! You have to set your mind that FAILURE is NOT an option. Satan loves when we say “maybe” because that is weakness. He loves when we doubt because that is where he can mess us up.
Seek God, pray to be surrounded with great people to encourage you, and move through the day with determination!!!
