Oh how I love food (I say that a lot) so I need to find great recipes that are
#1 EASY, #2 DELICIOUS, #3FILL ME UP (which isn’t easy to do)
And the recipe..
The ways to use them are endless but here are some ideas
Turkey Meatball Parm
A little sauce, mozzarella, on a lightly toasted Joseph’s Pita bread (love them)!
Turkey Meatball Soup
This is super healthy and an ultimate comfort food, does it get any better?
Then add 2- 32 oz. cartons of low sodium chicken stock and bring to a boil
add 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 head cabbage chopped, 3 chopped carrots
Simmer 10 min. stirring occasionally
1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, drained and diced, and a tsp of italian seasoning and let simmer another 5-10 min. Then add your turkey meatballs!
