Green Eggs & Ham
1 Ezekiel English Muffin
2 Slices of Pancetta
2 Organic Farm Fresh Poached Light Eggs
1 Simply Organic Pesto Sauce Packet – Prepare as listed on instructions
Organic Arugula tossed in light Olive Oil & Sea Salt
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Toast English Muffin, top with grilled pancetta, poach 2 eggs and place on top of pancetta, drizzle with pesto sauce and finish with a nice helping of arugula!!
