Green leafy vegetables are packed with tons of fiber, vitamins, minerals and plant-based substances that can help protect you from so many diseases!  It’s hard to make sure we are getting enough of these “Power House” foods throughout the day!  One easy way to add Greens to your diet is in your breakfast.  Try this amazing recipe, its great for a weekend change-up of your typical eggs and taste so amazing!!

1 Ezekiel English Muffin

2 Slices of Pancetta

2 Organic Farm Fresh Poached Light Eggs

1 Simply Organic Pesto Sauce Packet – Prepare as listed on instructions

Organic Arugula tossed in light Olive Oil & Sea Salt

Prep Time:  15 Minutes

Toast English Muffin, top with grilled pancetta, poach 2 eggs and place on top of pancetta, drizzle with pesto sauce and finish with a nice helping of arugula!!
